Academic and medical institutions only (universities, hospitals, research centers).
Covers multiple representatives — but each individual must still submit their own application once the institution is approved.

Industry affiliation is not permitted.
Only members under Institutional Membership are eligible for Board nomination and to serve as Working Group Chairs.
